Former General Secretary of the Nigeria Football Association (NFA), Taiwo Ogunjobi, has reportedly died.
His death was confirmed by his Special adviser and media aide, Tunde Shamsudeen, in the early hours of today.
The former media officer of the Super Eagles, Colin Udoh, on Monday Feb. 11, also announced on social media the death of the former Shooting Stars captain and Osun state FA Chairman.
“Sad, sad news this morning. Former Shooting Stars and former NFA Secretary General Taiwo “Skippo” Ogunjobi has left us,” Udoh tweeted.

A former footballer, Ogunjobi made his name with WNDC (now Shooting Stars Sports Club) and led the Nigeria Academicals between 1973-74.
He played for Nigeria at the Nigeria/Ghana Sports festival before he was called up to the Green Eagles in 1973.
Born on August 17, 1953, Ogunjobi died at the age of 65. May his soul rest in peace.
