Delta poll: Ifeanyi Okowa wins Saturday's governorship election

The Independent National Electoral Commission today declared in Delta State, Governor Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa of the Peoples Democratic Party winner of the 2019 governorship election.

Okowa of the PDP, was announced the winner on Monday, after he polled a total number of 925,274 votes to defeat his first runner up, Chief Great Ogboru of the All Progressive Congress who polled a total of 215,938 votes in the Governorship election that took place on Saturday 9 March.
