The explosion which occured few hours ago outward Lagos on the Otedola Bridge at the Lagos end of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, had left many road users stranded.
The Ogun State Commander of Federal Road Safety Corps Clement Oladele has confirmed the incident but said the rescue operation is ongoing.
Motorists travelling inward Ibadan have been cut off from the Long Bridge as many are scrambling to drive against traffic, reports gathered.
As at 9.23 pm on Tuesday, the Director, Ogun State Fire Service Engineer Fatai Adefala said the station has been put under control
