Maybe you are yet to know! Boas do not lay eggs; A mother nourishes the baby snake inside her until it is born which is called viviparous. The adult female Boas give birth to live young. The young are attached to a yolk sac and surrounded by a clear membrane, not a shell, as they develop in their mother's body. Some snakes have eggs that develop inside of them that are not nourished by the mother.
