The Nigerian police force has been criticized for showing up 5 minutes late on a robbery attack in Ifako/Gbagada of Lagos state.
This dreadful act was said to have been carried out at midnight.
It was said that the unidentified robbers began operation at 2am and they lasted over an hour with the police station just 3 minutes away from the event.
According to one Eric Okafor, identified on Twitter as @KneWKeed, he wrote;
Around 2am, armed robbers settled in and robbed for over an hour in Ifako/Gbagada. Your police showed up 5mins after the robbers were done. the Police station is less that 3mins away. Wonders!
