My Wife Died Of Lungs Cancer, Osinachi Nwachukwu Husband Says He Is Suffering For What He knows Nothing About (Video)
Osinachi Nwachukwu was a gospel singer and was popularly known for her song “Ekwueme” featuring Prospa Ochimana.
Her death was proclaimed to be an effect of domestic violence which she endured for a long period by her husband.
Peter Nwanchukwu the husband of late Osinachi Nwachukwu was later arrested in connection to her death and has been in police confinement till his judiciary hearing on Friday.
A High Court of the Federal Capital Territory in Wuse, on Friday, remanded him at the Kuje Correctional Facility, pending the hearing and judgment of the homicide-related tuxedo instituted against him by the Attorney General of the Federation.
Justice N.K. Nwosu-Iheme gave the order after he pleaded not guilty to 23 counts bordering on domestic violence and homicide.
The judge ordered that the suspect be remanded at the correctional faculty, while the trial was adjourned to June 16, 12pm and June 17 by 9am.
Peter Nwachukwu was later seen in a video saying “He never killed his wife, she died of cancer of the lungs”
