Twitter user blast Nigerian govt for not paying policemen sent to Borno state for 6 months

How can you send policemen to Borno state, where they face daily peril to their lives, and not pay them for six months? What type of government is this? The ₦10 billion that was allegedly embezzled by the Executive Secretary of the NHIS alone can pay their salaries for 5 years!
