Former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo said he has every right to criticise President Buhari who will continue to address him as ‘sir’ until he, Obasanjo, dies.
According to Obasanjo, who on Wednesday said this while speaking at the 2018 Ibogun Day Celebration in Ogun, Southwest Nigeria, he was Buhari’s former boss in the military and so remains his boss for life.
“I know Buhari and he, too, knows me. Till the day I die, Buhari will continue to address me as ‘Sir,’ the former president said.
